I am enjoying this opportunity to push myself to incorporate more veggies in our menu. Small challenges like this are helping me get through this year, plus it’s nice to know that we are helping such a great cause!
My son wants to know if you have plans to grow lots of broccoli or any "ghosts broccoli" (aka cauliflower) this winter. He was very impressed that you made the potatoes purple.
